Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

Peer Review Process

All submitted papers undergo a strict peer-review process by at least two experts in the subject area. The process follows a blind peer review system.

Submission Flow:

  • Article Submission → Peer Review → Author's Corrected Submission → Final Peer Review & Approval → Associate Editor → Page Setting & Editing → Editor-in-Chief

Factors considered during review: relevance, soundness, significance, originality, readability, and language.

Decisions: Acceptance, Acceptance with Revisions, or Rejection.

Revisions are not guaranteed for acceptance. Rejected articles will not be re-reviewed.

Authors' Responsibilities

  • Ensure manuscript originality.
  • Confirm the manuscript is unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
  • Participate in the peer-review process.
  • Provide corrections when necessary.
  • Ensure all authors have significantly contributed.
  • Report any errors in published work.

Reviewers' Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of submissions.
  • Provide objective and constructive feedback.
  • Identify uncited relevant work.
  • Report potential plagiarism or conflicts of interest.

Associate Editors' Responsibilities

  • Have full authority to accept/reject articles.
  • Maintain publication quality and integrity.
  • Ensure decisions are based on importance, originality, and relevance.
  • Investigate suspected misconduct.

Plagiarism Screening

Submitted papers are checked using plagiarism detection tools. Papers exceeding 15% similarity will be rejected.
