Peer Review Process
All submitted papers undergo a strict peer-review process by at least two experts in the subject area. The process follows a blind peer review system.
Submission Flow:
- Article Submission → Peer Review → Author's Corrected Submission → Final Peer Review & Approval → Associate Editor → Page Setting & Editing → Editor-in-Chief
Factors considered during review: relevance, soundness, significance, originality, readability, and language.
Decisions: Acceptance, Acceptance with Revisions, or Rejection.
Revisions are not guaranteed for acceptance. Rejected articles will not be re-reviewed.
Authors' Responsibilities
- Ensure manuscript originality.
- Confirm the manuscript is unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
- Participate in the peer-review process.
- Provide corrections when necessary.
- Ensure all authors have significantly contributed.
- Report any errors in published work.
Reviewers' Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of submissions.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback.
- Identify uncited relevant work.
- Report potential plagiarism or conflicts of interest.
Associate Editors' Responsibilities
- Have full authority to accept/reject articles.
- Maintain publication quality and integrity.
- Ensure decisions are based on importance, originality, and relevance.
- Investigate suspected misconduct.
Plagiarism Screening
Submitted papers are checked using plagiarism detection tools. Papers exceeding 15% similarity will be rejected.
Manuscript Withdrawal
Manuscripts cannot be withdrawn post-submission to prevent wastage of editorial and review resources.
